    Day 1: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth NP

    Our driver-guide picks you up from Kampala at your hotel or place of residence by 7:30 am after your early morning breakfast, and then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will make your first stopover at the Equator crossing for photography and then continue with the visit to the Igongo Cultural Center in Biharwe, Mbarara, to learn and see the evolution of the Ankole culture.

    After lunch at Agip Motel Mbarara, you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth as you enjoy beautiful scenery, herds of long-horned Ankole cattle, tea plantations in Ishaka, rift valley escarpment, open grassland, and woodland savanna. You will then get on an evening game drive for sightseeing, which is much more rewarding en route as you drive to your lodge.

    Day 2: Wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park

    With the previous day’s memories, enjoy your breakfast ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge.
